CI hosts don't have enough memory for a lot of these tests. I'm working on getting physical hardware set up, so we can figure this out once that happens

I'm not sure about the memory requirements, but I assume the easiest would be to enable the large memory tests in the ursabot builders. Assigning it to myself.
