[Rust] [DataFusion] Add benchmarks for COUNT(DISTINCT) #26480
Description
Add benchmarks for COUNT(DISTINCT) queries, which were introduced in ARROW-10043.
A number of implementation suggestions/ideas came up in the ARROW-10043 pull request, and having benchmarks will help evaluate the different options.
