gcc "internal compiler error" in building arrow

[asfimport]

Building arrow with gcc failed with "internal compiler error". This looks like a compiler bug.
It happens on ubuntu18.04 with gcc7.5.0 and fedor31 with gcc 9.3.1, both x86_64 and arm64. Logs attached.
