The new arrow.array.UInt64Array class was added in #35562.

Example:

>> a = arrow.array(uint64([1, 2, 3]))

a = 

[
  1,
  2,
  3
]
>> a.Type

ans = 

  UInt64Type with properties:

    ID: UInt64
