[C++][Compute] Support outputting to slices from kleene kernels #28726
Description
/.*_kleene/ functions currently don't support outputting into preallocated memory, which is suboptimal especially for pipelined execution. This may involve some refactoring/cleanup of the VisitWords utility. See also: FirstTimeBitmapWriter::AppendWord
