[Docs][Python] Document DataFrame Interchange Protocol implementation and usage

Describe the enhancement requested

Dataframe Interchange protocol is already implemented for pa.Table and will also include pa.RecordBatch in a separate PR:

• GH-33346: [Python] DataFrame Interchange Protocol for pyarrow Table #14804
• [Python] DataFrame Interchange Protocol for pyarrow.RecordBatch #33926

This issue should cover the update of the documentation with examples and summary of the implementation.
