[C++] Add ToStringExtra to scan2 node.

### Describe the enhancement requested

We should at least print out the non-dataset options like filter, projection, etc.  It would be nice to print some summary of the dataset as well (maybe not all the files but at least the type of dataset and number of fragments perhaps)
