[MATLAB] Add unsigned integer array MATLAB classes (i.e. `UInt8Array`, `UInt16Array`, `UInt32Array`, `UInt64Array`) 

### Describe the enhancement requested

Followup to #35495 in which we added the MATLAB class `Float32Array`.
