[Go] pqarrow - Support for parquet Interval type

Describe the enhancement requested

Currently, the pqarrow package does not support parquet Interval (logical) type.

I believe it can be converted from arrow.MonthDayNanoInterval, albeit having the 64-bit nanosecond precision truncated to 32-bit millisecond precision.
