`arrow-jdbc` 19.0.0 was not published

It looks like when 19.0.0 was released the corresponding arrow-jdbc was not published to Maven Central:
https://central.sonatype.com/artifact/org.apache.arrow/arrow-jdbc/versions

Is Maven Central still a supported channel for this JAR?

The Java implementation moved to apache/arrow-java from apache/arrow.
And Apache Arrow 19.0.0 released from apache/arrow doesn't include the Java implementation.
