[Bug]: Regression: ZetaSQL cannot find coder for row that contains datetime type on Runner V2

What happened?

Introduced in #22561 specifically the change of this line:
https://github.com/Abacn/beam/blob/b0484e792bc615b7494b5195e3ef3d464ec7e426/sdks/java/core/src/main/java/org/apache/beam/sdk/schemas/SchemaTranslation.java#L366

Apparently the datetime logical type that ZetaSQL uses also relies on this line to find the coder of datetime logical type.

Turns out to be a red herring. The cause is that the change of #22561 needs a container image update. Otherwise causing inconsistent status for Dataflow runner v2.
