TypedSchemaTransformProvider returns an inconsistent configuration Schema object

What happened?

TypedSchemaTransformProvider's configurationSchema() method returns Schema object with inconsistent field orderings. A consistent Schema is needed to reliably create configuration Row objects to instantiate and use SchemaTransforms.
