[Feature Request]: Support all collections.abc types

What would you like to happen?

From Python 3.9 on, typing types are deprecated in favor of builtin and collections.abc types. Beam was updated to support collections.abc.Iterator, collections.abc.Generator, and collections.abc.Iterable, but other collections types are not translated. This can lead to strange mismatches between compatible types, like collections.abc.Set and collections.abc.MutableSet. All collections.abc types should be supported in some way to prevent unexpected incompatibilities.
