[Feature Request]: Automatically replace Beam YAML Kafka source/sink with managed I/O

What would you like to happen?

Both Beam YAML and managed I/O use the same Kafka schema-transforms underneath. So we should be able to safely replace the source/sink with managed I/O.

We should only do this if users do not request update compatibility with a previous Beam version.
