Fixing streaming samples to work in latest version. Basically just changed to use
beam.io.WriteToBigQueryinstead of usingBigQuerySink. With this, it works both onDirectRunnerandDataflowRunner. Also got rid of theWriteToBigQuerywrapper class, so a some of the code got simplified even further.R: @aaltay
