SUMMARY
When a user logs through a SAML authentication and then logs out, it seems that the given token is not allowing him to go to SAML site again and is being displayed with Cloudstack login page
STEPS TO REPRODUCE
1. Login with SAML
2. Logout
3. try to login again with SAML
EXPECTED RESULTS
redirect to SAML site
ACTUAL RESULTS
Stays on CS login page and cannot proceed to login with SAML
