Enable ANSI support for arithmetic operations

What is the problem the feature request solves?

Now that Try eval mode is supported for native comet expressions, the goal is to extend it further and enable ANSI support

Describe the potential solution

Tweak custom arithmetic kernel to throw an exception whenever ANSI mode is enabled
