What is the problem the feature request solves?

This issue is for planning the 0.14.0 release. Given the typical 4-6 week release cadence, this release will likely be in the first half of March 2026.

After the icberg-rust bump that merged earlier today (#3657), I do not have any blockers that I'd like to see in the 0.14.0 release. I will do a documentation review just to make sure everything there (mostly related to Iceberg) is still up to date.
