Support `SubqueryAlias` better in planner

Is your feature request related to a problem or challenge? Please describe what you are trying to do.
DataFusion has SubqueryAlias in the logical plan. Currently it is only supported to be used in a table scan.
The current code dealing adding alias to projections is relatively complex and brittle.
This limits the usage / support of it for subqueries.

Describe the solution you'd like
Replace the usage of projections with alias with SubqueryAlias. Deprecate usage of Projection with alias.
