Create a presentation about DataFusion's architecture

The idea is that it would be great for DataFusion as a whole if more people spoke about it at internal meetings / meetups / etc.

I believe it would help such efforts if we had a "starting deck" that would lower the barrier to entry for creating presentations.

So the tasks are:

1. Make said presentation
2. Post it somewhere on DataFusion's website

I am working on slides for this. I plan to have two parts:

• Part 1 will introduce DataFusion at a high level, when it would be useful, and show some examples

• Part 2 will describe DataFusion's software architecture. This will also serve as an introduction to query engines in general, including how expressions and plans are represented at the logical and physical levels, optimizer passes, execution, and more.
