This works in Maven. All relevant tests for floats & doubles have been ported to the KllItemsSketch.

Adding maven pom.xml with basic support for building the sketch library.
Use "mvn -P release-profile install" to cause the javadoc and source jars to be built in addition to the main code.
Deployment configuration for publishing the sketch library to the central maven repository has not been added yet.
