HLL query error when only upgrade BE to 0.10

Describe the bug

    mysql> select HLL_UNION_AGG(set1), HLL_UNION_AGG(set2), count(*) from hll_test;
ERROR 1064 (HY000): Unable to find _ZN5doris18AggregateFunctions18hll_union_agg_initEPN9doris_udf15FunctionContextEPNS1_9StringValE

To Reproduce

1. upgrade BE to Doris 0.10 firstly
2. query with HLL
