ODBC External Table Of Doris is not support PostgreSQL

To Reproduce
Steps to reproduce the behavior:
mysql> select * from doris_syn_pg_yft_l.user_basic ;
ERROR 1064 (HY000): errCode = 2, detailMessage = driver connect Error: 08001 Could not connect to the server;
Could not connect to remote socket immedaitely (101)
