[Bug] Daily Test Failed Because of nested Stmt WithClause be replace by parent

**Describe the bug**
quey : ```select 1 from (with w as (select 1 from baseall where exists (select 1 from baseall))             select 1 from w ) tt;```

failed  message : ```Unknown table w```.
