The english documents is translated by machine. So It may has some mistake.

1、Translated all documents with Baidu Translate Api
2、Put all translated documents under directory docs/documentation/en
3、The Sphinx doctree has not been modified yet, so the new files won't be built. I'll make it up in a later pull request.
