What problem does this PR solve?

add metrics for get/update delete bitmap bytes

对这些RPC bytes的统计已经有类似的了g_bvar_rpc_kv_get_delete_bitmap_get_bytesg_bvar_rpc_kv_update_delete_bitmap_get_bytes g_bvar_rpc_kv_update_delete_bitmap_put_bytes g_bvar_rpc_kv_update_delete_bitmap_del_bytes
