SegmentMetadataQuery size handling

There was some discussion about the behavior of the size analysis in the SegmentMetadataQuery in the following PR:

I am opening an issue to track discussion on the following questions:

• Is the size analysis useful? If not, should we remove it as a supported AnalysisType?
• If so, is it more useful to return the segment's on-disk size vs. the current behavior where an estimated "flat file" size is returned?
