Remove HadoopFsWrapper when FileSystem.rename(from,to,Options) is made public

HadoopFsWrapper -> https://github.com/druid-io/druid/blob/master/extensions-core/hdfs-storage/src/main/java/org/apache/hadoop/fs/HadoopFsWrapper.java

It must only be removed once the newer hadoop version has been adopted by most of the druid users.
