Druid should have a 'shutdownAllTasks' API for a dataSource

Right now if I want to nuke a dataSource I have to iterate through the list of running tasks like some sort of a medieval peasant. I would like to be able to do a single API call where all I have to provide is the data source name and Druid automates the iteration.

Sounds like a super useful feature. I have had to write shell loops for this before and it's annoying 😄
