TeamCity builds on master are reporting inspection errors, possibly because there was a while where it was not running due to the Apache migration, and there was some drift.

because there was a while where it was not running due to the Apache
migration, and there was some drift.
The changes are all in test code, except for TopNNumericResultBuilder
and DruidCoordinatorBalancer.
