Update tutorials for 0.14.0-incubating

This PR updates the tutorials to use the new web console added in 0.14.0-incubating.

The following changes are also included:

• Tutorial router was missing a main.config file used by the tutorial service launching script
• Tutorial peon direct memory limit was too low, so tasks wouldn't start, this PR increases the direct memory limit and lowers the processing buffer size.
• Use noop emitter for the tutorial, the logging emitter is distracting in the logs
• Sets druid.lookup.enableLookupSyncOnStartup=false for faster startup
• Adds another compaction task to the compaction tutorial, demonstrating how to change segment granularity
