This PR adds deprecation notices for the ApproximateHistogram and Cardinality/HyperUnique aggregators. (See #6814 and #6869), along with reasoning for the deprecations.
This PR also adds entries for the Moments Sketch agg and fixed buckets histogram under the approximate aggregators list.
