add result level cache on broker feature back to 0.12.1

use #5028 #7614

example:

Fixed the bug

1. Find exception when use thetaSketch INTERSECT topN Query type with Broker result level Cache #7940 fix topN Thetasketh exception
2. add result level cache key build with intervals
3. add RedisCache connect Redis with passwd
   config:
   druid.cache.passwd

@JackyYangPassion, We only backport bug fixes to the maintenance branches.
For new features i would recommend updating to the new druid version or if you cannot upgrade you can backport them in your own fork.
