What is the purpose of the change

ISSUE: #14821

Brief changelog

1. Fixed an issue in serverConfig where, if the host parameter was not specified, it defaulted to the local loopback address. Now, host is automatically set based on network interface information.
2. Minor adjustments have been made to the user API on the server side (RpcMethodHandler and RpcServiceHandler). For examples, refer to samples.
3. Added support for multi-parameter serialization functions, enabling methods with multiple parameters to be called. For examples, see samples/serialization/json.
4. Optimized the streaming call API by adding write and read methods alongside the existing iterator mode, enabling partial write and read functionality for streams. For examples, refer to samples/stream.
