Line chart - vertical marklines not showing in 5.2 (working in 5.1.2)

Steps to reproduce

switch /dist/echarts.min.js script link in the jsfiddle from @5.1.2 to @5.2.0

What is expected?

Vertical marklines are showing (in the example, at year end and today's date)

What is actually happening?

This worked in 5.1.2, it stopped working in 5.2.0

I checked the release notes, and can't find an explanation as to why this stopped working.

You can change xAxis from time to category as work around.
