[Bug] The bar series do not clip on data zoom with the filter mode set to none and the x axis type set to time

Steps to Reproduce

Zoom in

Current Behavior

When zooming the bars intersect with the y axis and show outside of the grid

Expected Behavior

When zooming the bars do not intersect with the y axis and clip outside of the grid

Environment

- OS: Windows 11
- Browser: any
- Framework: none

Any additional comments?

Reproduces only with following configuration:

1. xAxis type: time
2. series type: bar
3. dataZoom filter mode: none
