Sorry for the delayed response @LB-Yu . Yes, in v0.8, we will introduce a load-balancing mechanism within the cluster, including offline bucket redistribution across physical machines.

@swuferhong I have done somthing about auto leader rebalancing https://github.com/LB-Yu/fluss/tree/auto-leader-balancing. I think it might be a subitem of the rebalancing you mentioned. If not, I'll open a new issue.

However, this issue aims to systematically address potential cluster load variations and operational scenarios. I’ve drafted a FIP-8 that briefly describes possible cases. Once I finalize the design, we can collaborate on developing this feature — feel free to take ownership of specific subtasks!
