Whether on yarn or k8s, the same error is reported when starting or executing tpc-h SQL.

The same situation also occurred on k8s.

No, it's not fixed in velox. The only solution now is to force to install tzdata-2025a

No impact as far as I know. It's an updated tz-database.

In our environment, this patch fixes the corrupt tzdb: rule 'R' does not exist error. Would you please check if it helps with your issue.
