[Bug]: Prevent the creation of invalid hops in a visual manner

What happened?

Prevent invalid hop from being created by using a visual indicator when the target component is forbidden

• add a visual indicator if a candidate hop already exists

• add a visual indicator when a candidate hop create a loop in workflow or pipeline

This avoids message boxes warning that this is not possible.

I will also reduce the size of the cross a little.

Avoids side effects when drawing a new hop candidate and clicking on a action/transfo name, hop, or note.

And fix a small bug, the visual indicator does not take into account the offset in the pipeline graph (Works correctly for workflow graph).
