• Closes Geo types example #1287 .

What changes are included in this PR?

Adds rest catalog example for Geo and WKB types, builds a schema for these types , then prints schema

Are these changes tested?

Current tests:

• asserts for table_ident in catalog table list
• debug prints table schema
