i think "Iceberg-rust" and "Apache Iceberg Rust" can be interchangeable 👍

@kevinjqliu Got it! I was just trying to keep it consistent as "Apache Iceberg Rust" in the README, and we can use iceberg-rust for programmatic/code references. Appreciate the feedback
