Here is a draft version of the code, primarily designed to demonstrate the implementation concept, so it is relatively simplified. This stored procedure leverages the capabilities of Snapshot and RewriteTablePath, allowing users to simply provide an original Hive table and specify a level of parallelism to automatically upgrade the Hive table to an Iceberg table.
