`PartitionRegistration.hashCode` passes raw arrays to `Objects.hash` in the `hashCode` implementation. This doesn't work since the `equals` implementation uses `Arrays.equals`. We should use `Arrays.hashCode` instead. Reviewers: David Arthur <mumrah@gmail.com>
