Removes references to the old scala Acl classes from
kafka.security.auth(Acl, Operation, ResourceType, Resource etc.) and replaces these with the Java API. Only the oldSimpleAclAuthorizer,AuthorizerWrapperused to wrap legacy authorizer instances and tests usingSimpleAclAuthorizercontinue to use the old API.
