Seen in a recent build:

[INFO] Using 'UTF-8' encoding to copy filtered resources.
[INFO] Copying 1 resource
[INFO] Copying 0 resource

If no resources are being copied, don't log. Also, why the double log?

I think this appears multiples times because there are multiple sets configured....
