[MVERIFIER-42] Add a "message" element to each "file" block, the contents of which are printed if the file verification fails

I don't yet use the verifier plugin, but I'm considering it. One thing that is clearly missing from this, in order to provide a good user experience, is some way to communicate in the build log what the particular file verification failing means, and how it should be addressed.
