  1. fix the output missing issue when the output is in the iniatilizer
  2. fix shape issue in zeros_ and ones_
  3. fix one_hot dtype issue
  4. fix scalar_op_helper multi-dimensional tensor not being flattened issue
  5. fix leaky_relu

All tests are already queued to run once. If tests fail, you can trigger one or more tests again with the following commands:

  • To trigger all jobs: @mxnet-bot run ci [all]
  • To trigger specific jobs: @mxnet-bot run ci [job1, job2]

CI supported jobs: [sanity, windows-cpu, unix-cpu, centos-gpu, centos-cpu, windows-gpu, clang, website, unix-gpu, edge, miscellaneous]

Note:
Only following 3 categories can trigger CI :PR Author, MXNet Committer, Jenkins Admin.
All CI tests must pass before the PR can be merged.

otherwise this is not a tuple, and elu is in gelu so we will never go into the else branch

Should we use a list for this instead? Why a tuple?
