There is an experimental branch jtulach/WebViews and it currently contains a copy of
Browserpresenter. The goal of this PR is to eliminate the need for a copy and replace it with 1.7.3 version of the presenter.As such the PR adds a bit of robustness when parsing parameters, support for
OPTIONSquery and configurableConsumerto display URL via VSCodeWebView, for example.
