another set of warnings appeared. This time from the cache action. This should resolve itself once the cache action releases a minor point update + github deploys the release. We have only set the major version for the actions which means point releases are automatically taken once available. |

edit:
this fixes all warnings except for the
test-summaryaction, since there is no new version of that action yet (test-summary/action#17).
