Summary
This adds the required libraries to the Linux CI docker image to support building a config that requires libalsa2 for audio testing
There is also a currently non existing config for ALSA that is blocked from building on macOS.
Impact
This supports this PR apache/nuttx#2124 and should be merged ahead of time to support better testing.
